I'm experienced trainer who conduct so many successful courses for many leading companies like Thai airways, Agoda.com, Lazada ( South Ease Asia No.1 e-commerce company. For me , I think learning language it's not just something you can only learn from the book but somehow you can learn from fun daily life lesson, cool hand made lesson and funny stories based on own interest. Well, likely put both academic and something fun in the learning hour that will help learner learning very quick and easy to understand.
