I love Kyoto, i became interested in the tea room, and i started to become a chef who made kaiseki dishes. Japanese cuisine is an embodiment of Japanese art culture. I think japanese cuisine is a quaint space, the four seasons of Japan expressed in a beautiful vessel, the heart to entertain customers, and everything that customers can experience in the place. I want to convey the wonders of Japanese art and culture. I like old art such as tea room, several-ya building, vessels, Japanese cuisine, various crafts and folk art. My hobbies are going to museums, to see architecture, to cook delicious food, and to eat traditional Japanese food from the region. If you are interested, talk.

I would like to give lessons according to your level of Japanese and their circumstances. I think it's important to continue, so don't overdo it and have fun. We will choose the teaching materials and the class format according to each person's wishes. ) (3) Cooking lessons in Japanese (we will give a lecture on how to cook Japanese home cooking while explaining Japanese with simple English words. We have you arrange the materials in advance. You should stand in your kitchen and cook. Please be careful of injuries. I'm sorry, but I can't take any responsibility.

Kana さんはとても優しい人です。授業はどんどん進んでいますので楽しかったです。普通の授業より固い話ではありません、気楽に会話が行われました。又ね。

I had a great time cooking and chatting with Kana. We cooked yakisoba and, even though I didn't have exactly the same ingredients, it still turned out really delicious! She was patient and kind. I would mostly recommend her lessons to students who already have quite an advanced level in Japanese and want to explore Japanese culture in a fun way.
