Hi! My name is Niluh Tarina. I was born and raised in Indonesia. I am a Public Health Student and experienced tour guide for exchange student, international guest, and tourist. In my free time, I love to learn languages, exercise, and read books. Other language that I learn is Chinese I'm a cheerful person so you're free to talk anything of your interest and I can't wait to hear your story. Feel free to consider me as your Indonesian friend! :) Last but not least, for anyone who wish to have an interactive learning resources, I've made a free Indonesian learning page on Instagram @learn.indo , sampai jumpa! :)

我的教學經歷

I am no professional teacher, but learning language is my passion. I love to observe what type of my student is before I begin the class with short introduction and short story about my student's experience in learning Indonesian (by people, apps, movie, actor, etc). I am a good listener and love to guide my student to speak more with their vocab. Limited vocab and mistakes are never being a big deal in learning languages. I encourage my student to keep trying without worrying because I'll guide you :)

My method mostly on my student's led. This means my students are free to custom their method. I've experienced in guiding my student's learning through structured sentence (by book), songs, sport & fitness, TikTok, Youtube, and even from Harry Potter movie-related vocab. However, it's alright if my student still don't have any request topic. I can provide with my own curriculum based on structured book and native conversation :) You're free to tell me anything you want to explore before, during, or after the class, anytime! :)
