I am organised, patient, supportive and passionate about teaching Korean to students. Whatever level you are at in learning Korean I assess your levels, needs and additional support for you to suit your ability. I make sure my students achieve the best outcome in my lesson and I am ready to support you to achieve your potential. To sum up, I am highly qualified and have a high standard teaching.
I have created my own textbook which is an amalgamation of the best parts of the Korean textbooks. I use a lot of images to help the student speak and then develop sentences using everyday words and grammar. My aim is to encourage students to speak in Korean and improve their confidence. 我的課程內容與教學風格
The most important element in my teaching is planning, preparing, engaging with students and motivating them to carry on learning Korean. During the lesson the main textbook files to suit your levels will be offered for a structured lesson. My Korean lesson will be engaging, fun and interactive. Teaching materials and resources are endless. Some of them are made by myself as I am currently developing my own Korean text book. Youtube videos and other websites on Korean cultural, social sides you want to learn will be my teaching materials as well. After lesson a lesson file will be sent to you to make sure you can review what you learn.我的教材

Employment statement - Korean Education Centre UK Korean Embassy - 2020I have been teaching Korean and its culture to Holy Trinity School in England. This is a Korean Language and culture exchange programme funded by the Korean government. It can be only run by only 30 qualified Korean school teachers in the UK. As a teacher I have played a role of a civil ambassador to promote Korean culture and language even to students who didn't know Korea and Korean before. Based on these experiences I can teach Korean really well to any one who don't know any Korean.

The certificate of completing the training module - National Education Training Centre in Korea - 2019As a professional Korean teacher, the Korean government and Education Centre in Korean Embassy have kept providing teaching programmes with me. The training was about how our brain works for our learning and its performance. It had 12 modules and took 50 hours to complete it. This course has been a game changer for a teacher like me.

I went to Korea to get trained for 8 days. I had lots of invaluable teacher training to be a really competent and understanding teacher.

2012 - 2020
online Korean tutorI have been a Korean tutor on Skype since 2012. A student who learned Korean from me for 1 and half a year got a place in Korean Department at Harvard and her score in Test of Korean Proficiency Test was 180 out of 200 thanks to both her and my commitment.
I have been teaching Korean a British Archery Manager for two years and her Korean has improved. I have had positive feedback from many students.
My understanding of Skype language lessons and experiences are good assets to Italki

Suksuk 선생님 is so friendly, patient and really well prepared. I really enjoyed my trial lesson with her and she makes me feel so comfortable at class. Having a teacher that understands how difficult it is to learn a language really helps. Looking forward to my next lesson already! 🥰
