Hello, my name is Helen. I am a 20 something-year-old who is simply trying to decipher the meaning of life. I often find myself questioning the purpose of my existence and, trying to find a solid reason why the cosmos thought it a great idea to bring me to life. I was gifted at birth with the ability to speak and easily connect with people. By virtue, i am a wanderer at heart, always seeking to take the roads less travelled anticipating what adventure I may find myself living in. I consider myself a learner, I question things and do not shy away from the unconventional. To put it simply, I'm a liberated spirit in love with the world and all its mysteries.

我的教學經歷

I am a qualified TEFL teacher with 3 years of online teaching experience. I have conducted thousands of online lessons with students of all ages, most of whom are from Japan and surrounding Asian countries. I've had the privilege of forging great friendships with some of my students and the greatest satisfaction I've received from being an online teacher is witnessing my students transform to become autonomous learners who are confident and steadfast in achieving their academic goals. I am an easy-going teacher who believes the best learning experience is propelled by a relaxed environment, discipline and mutual respect.

我的課程內容與教學風格

My lessons are 30 minutes to an hour-long, they are divided into 3 sections. Reading and comprehension questions and discussion. Teaching style - Delegation, it's important for me to encourage my learner's capability and commend their efforts. I find that giving compliments to students when they do well boosts their confidence and encourages them to go beyond the average standard of achievement. Discussion - At the end of the lesson I encourage a free conversation based on the topic learnt to assess the student's understanding. At this point, I encourage questions so they get clarity on concepts they might have missed. Overall my students can look forward to having fun while learning.

Today we had worse connection, but I know, that Helen tried to safe it :) I know that next time ot will be perfect as last time. But it did not have an influence on her approche, which was super.
