If you' re also tired of grammar rules and pointless textbooks. Then you've come to the right place. I hated languages in school. And I always thought it was because of the languages. Until I went abroad and suddenly I started to love languages. And that's what inspired me to completely reconsider the method of language learning.

I teach spoken grammar with fun stories and you learn actively by answering simple questions. And in the end, you can tell the story yourself. So you get all the elements for a conversation.
Of course, I am flexible and I will gladly adapt to your needs. I also have the necessary patience to make you feel comfortable while learning.

Acabo de empezar la segunda parte de mi aprendizaje de Aleman con Marcus y solo puedo decir que me siento muy afortunada de haberlo elegido como mi profesor. Empecé desde casi cero en Abril de este año, debido a que tenía mucho tiempo extra gracias al trabajo remoto, con muchas ganas pero sin expectativas muy altas. Mi misión era poder entender al menos un poco a mis suegros. Ahora es Agosto y vine a visitarlos a Alemania y me siento muy orgullosa de decir que puedo tener conversaciones (aunque aún simples) con ellos y lucir un amplio vocabulario!! No hubiera podido lograrlo sin el método de Marcus que desde el primer día me permitió hablar Alemán con confianza. Marcus me enseñó las estructuras y vocabulario más útiles para la mayoría de conversaciones reales en Alemán, lo cual me dio herramientas sólidas, desde muy temprano, para armar mis primeras oraciones propias. Puedo recomendar a Marcus a cualquier persona que busque a un profesor paciente, bien preparado y con vocación.

That was a really fun lesson today! Marcus gave me some really useful bits of information and tips. Thanks for sharing the other resources I might find useful too. I really liked our conversation at the beginning as it made me see how much I've improved over the last few weeks. I cant believe how much more I understand!

My review of the basic German course with Marcus Fritzsche and 123Deutsch.com. I live in Memphis, Tennessee in the United States.
This was my first conversational German course although I had done some earlier study in German for reading. I chose the course because I considered myself a beginner in speaking German and few opportunities to study German existed in my region. I found the teacher through italki and signed up for the basic course. The course used a method of learning a story in German and speaking in German from the very beginning.
The course was easy to understand and the best part was the teacher, Marcus. His encouragement to speak even while making mistakes was a great help in building confidence and experience in speaking German. As a teacher myself I learned some great teaching tips from the instructor. Really, an outstanding experience in every regard. I have signed up for the teacher's more advanced course.
