As a teacher and a psychologist, I understand and appreciate individual differences and uniqueness so I treat each student as a unique person with different temperament and personality. I am empathetic and supportive of my students' efforts and perseverance to learn. I have been teaching mostly in the classroom, one on one as well as home teaching. I am a certified teacher in Ghana with a Diploma in Basic Education, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Political science, and currently a final year MPhil Clinical Psychology student awaiting graduation. I teach both children and adults ranging from beginners to advanced levels. 我的課程內容與教學風格
As a highly motivated and goal-oriented teacher, my style of teaching has been learner-centered devoid of boring lectures so my students are active in the learning processes. I provide a conducive and calm environment so students get the opportunity to ask questions, express themselves and practice what they have learned with me. I also use level-appropriate language in my teaching devoid of jargon. I use teaching aids such as flashcards, images, and visuals to aid my students' understanding. Depending on the topic, I give quizzes and homework assignments to help my students practice what they have learned at their own pace at home.我的教材

Dacosta was very patient during our class. He is very flexible to his students' needs. I am a heritage speaker of the language, so he was able to teach me without speaking English, therefore I received full immersion. During our class, Dacosta was able to provide explanations that many native speakers are not capable of explaining properly. I feel confident that he will be able to assist me with reaching my language goals.
