Working with Serena is like taking a university course, except she's your personal professor. What an in depth way to learn and refine your Italian.

Today was my first full lesson with Serena. I learned how to answer/ask questions and conjugate -are, -ere, and -ire verbs and then use them to say my own self-introduction. We also did some exercises to let the new grammar that I was learning sink in. I enjoyed my lesson and am looking forward to learning more Italian.

This was my first full lesson with Serena. She has to be one of the best teachers on italki. The lesson was completely thought out and we used a variety of material to talk about diverse topics. I was fully relaxed during the lesson, even when making mistakes, which speaks volumes to the atmosphere that Serena created during our session. I am excited for my next lesson.

Serena é muito diferenciada, preparada e que de uma maneira própria e particular, consegue ser exigente e ao mesmo tempo simpática. Com ela se aprende muito sem ser enfadonho. Os resultados obtidos são um estímulo à parte. Meus agradecimentos a essa grande profissional.
