Here in England I've taught in both primary and secondary schools, and now I teach online.
I was a biology and chemistry teacher. But I retired!
Started teaching ENGLISH in 2010. I've been on italki since 2013.
Some of my students have been with me for 5 or 6 years now, and I've seen them develop their English skills. Very nice to see! 我的課程內容與教學風格
Conversation classes: we can DISCUSS the grammar and vocabulary as we talk!
If you prefer, we can work from a COURSE BOOK. This is methodical, and works well too!
For the children there are games and songs, quizzes and rhymes. We have great fun!我的教材

Moira works on my pronunciation like a sculptress: "speak quicker", "slower", "harder", "softer", "in the rhythm", "forget the rhythm", "pronounce everything", "contract the most you can....". In between, little grammar and vocabulary breaks. Fascinating and fun, I love it! I hope I will one day speak with an RP accent. Thank you Moira!
