I graduated in Modern Languages, Culture and Translation (Spanish and English). I've had some experiences as teacher and as tutor, I've been a private english tutor for teenagers and, during my university years, thanks to a university association, I also had the opportunity to work in a Finnish High School in the Finnish Lapland for two months as Italian teacher. It was a great experience! I studied from zero (and I'm actually studying) also Russian and Finnish that are pretty different from the other languages I already knew before, so I know that it can be difficult and frustrating sometimes but it can be also really interesting and fun!

Me dedico a la enseñanza del Italiano desde el año 1999, inicialmente como segunda lengua a inmigrantes en Italia y luego como lengua extranjera en Holanda, Islas Canarias y provincia de Cádiz, donde resido desde el 2006. Soy licenciada en Lenguas y Literaturas Extranjeras, me he especializado en la enseñanza del italiano y sigo formándome a través de cursos, seminarios y certificaciones en didáctica del italiano como lengua extranjera en universidades italianas, la Cedils (Universidad de Venecia, 2014), el curso de formación para docentes de italiano LE de la Universidad de Perugia (2017) y la Ditals II (Universidad de Siena, 2019).

In quanto insegnante sono molto attenta ai bisogni di ogni studente e cercherò di spronare ognuno il più possibile. Conosco molto bene le difficoltà quando si tratta di apprendere una nuova lingua e, per questo motivo, cercherò di far immergere il più possibile lo studente nella lingua e nella cultura italiana, proponendo anche la visione di video, l'ascolto di canzoni e tutto quello che può essere utile, ma anche divertente. Durante le mie lezioni, l'atmosfera sarà rilassata e divertente, senza alcuna pressione da parte mia!

Cerco sempre di adeguare il mio modo di parlare al vostro livello linguistico, ma tendenzialmente parlerò in italiano, in modo da farvi abituare anche al suono della lingua. Sono un sostenitore del metodo “full immersion”: se si vuole imparare una lingua davvero, bisogna praticarla tanto. Per questo vi proporrò delle attività che potrete svolgere autonomamente tra una lezione e l’altra, se avrete tempo, come dei video da guardare su Youtube. Vi inviterò anche a scrivermi dei messaggi quando vorrete, per esercitare più frequentemente il vostro italiano.

Il mio approccio vuole essere amichevole e coinvolgente. Utilizzo: google drive documents, testi, immagini, canzoni ed articoli di giornale. Tutto è personalizzato in base alle richieste/esigenze dell'alunno. L'obiettivo è imparare senza rendersene conto. My approach is friendly and involving. I use: google drive docs, texts, pictures, song and newspaper articles. Everything is personalized according to the requests/needs of the student. The goal is to learn without realizing it.

Ho conseguito la laurea magistrale in lingua e cultura italiane per stranieri presso l' università di Bologna. Adesso sto frequentando un master di secondo livello in "Teoria, progettazione e didattica dell'italiano come lingua seconda e straniera" presso l'università di Palermo. Ho esperienze di insegnamento della lingua italiana, francese e inglese sia in ambito privato che pubblico. Mi piace spiegare, trovare modi diversi per trasmettere regole e contenuti linguistici e credo soprattutto che l'insegnamento sia un processo cooperativo che avviene tra insegnante e studenti.

I've been studying languages for as long as I can remember so I totally understand the struggle in learing a new one!. As a Language student, at university I've been taught the key point on how to teach a language. Especially in the Language teaching course I took, I grew knowledge, that I still carry with me, on how to teach a language to foreigners.

As a teacher I try to understand personal needs of every single student. I like to use interactive materials and bring fun to the lesson. Very important to me is also to dissolve the initial fear of speaking of students and I encourage them to speak from the very beginning. I have teaching experience with kids, teenagers and adults. Non sono un professionista dell'insegnamento pertanto mi propongo esclusivamente come tutor ma ho ottime capacità didattiche, parlo e scrivo in italiano corretto. Insegno su Italki da più di un anno e con il tempo ho preparato molto materiale differente per tutti i livelli. Ho insegnato italiano a bambini stranieri in Italia per diversi anni privatamente. Sono stata insegnante di inglese, di sostegno e di musica in scuole pubbliche in Italia dal 2012 al 2019. Ho insegnato inglese in progetti di recupero presso licei italiani. Ho svolto attività di volontariato in un progetto educativo in inglese in Sudafrica (luglio 2017). Ho lavorato nel settore turistico-linguistico in Italia per 7 anni. Ho svolto attività di traduzione dall'inglese e dall'olandese all'italiano.

Gracias a mi formación entiendo las dificultades de aprender un idioma extranjero y los desafíos a los que se enfrenta un aprendiente. Me gusta crear un atmósfera de trabajo relajada para que mis estudiantes superen el miedo a hablar o a cometer errores y se sientan cómodos para experimentarse. También intento que mis estudiantes pasen un buen rato en las clases además de aprender.

Non amo particolarmente i metodi di insegnamento tradizionali, per questo proverò a rendere il tuo apprendimento un po' più stimolante e originale.
