That's why I organise each lesson as guided dialogue. This allows us to train at once each aspect of the language: grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening. I am certified as a teacher for foreigners at the Università per Stranieri di Siena (DITALS certificate) and I am graduated in Economics at University Bocconi in Milan, besides I have got the Advanced and Proficiency Certicates in English Language from Cambridge University and DALF from Ministère de l' Education nationale française. I tought Italian language abroad and in Italy too, at the Giovanni Pascoli High School in Piacenza. Then I taught and organized Summer Courses to foreign students for many years and I have been giving private lessons in my home.

Usually at the very beginning I will assess your language level, to make sure that the materials we’re going to be using during the course can actually be suitable and useful for your needs. I’m very patient and always try to create an enjoyable lesson.

I'm a native speaker of Spanish and I've taught it to students from the USA, Germany, Italy. I work at IPN as an Italian and Spanish language teacher. I have worked for 13 years as foreign languages teacher ​​and therefore I believe that my way of teaching languages ​​is more accurate because the experience I've got with face to face lessons. I consider I'm able to understand what my students' skills and abilities are. Working as a teacher has given me the patience and dedication to understand that the lesson depends on the students in front of me and all my skills must be put at their service.

I have taught for many years Italian in secondary schools and I have experience of teaching to groups of foreign students (both teenagers and adults). Trough all theese activities I have organized the course material that includes various topics and is divided into different levels of difficulty.

I have been teaching Italian to foreigners for many years now, both face to face and online. I obtained the second level of the DITALS, which is the certificate of competence in teaching Italian to foreigners issued by the University for Foreigners of Siena and I have been teaching since 2003. Initially in a private school, then on my own, and I worked with all levels , from the absolute beginner, who are people starting from scratch, to those who have a very high level and simply want to improve their communication skills. I was a speaker at two Polyglot Gatherings and presented some unconventional ideas about learning.

I have been a teacher of Italian to foreigners for about 10 years. It started as a great passion and then turned into a profession. I have taught in refugee centers to adults from different countries (English-speaking, French-speaking, Arabic-speaking) and with different levels of language. Ho studiato per 5 anni latino e greco al liceo, dove la grammatica era al centro dell'attenzione, con l'esperienza ho però capito che per iniziare ad apprendere una nuova lingua (cosa che ho sperimentato con l'inglese e lo spagnolo) è importante avere un ruolo attivo nell'apprendimento. In fondo, Leggere libri e siti in italiano non è poi così complicato, Scrivere email e documenti di lavoro già presuppone una maggiore conoscenza della lingua, ma Parlare italiano… beh, è tutta un’altra storia e richiede un approccio ad hoc. Il Listening (l’ascolto della lingua) non basta: se vuoi davvero imparare a parlare in italiano devi fare pratica.

If you want to come to Italy, even if your level is beginner, with few words you can manage it, go shopping, ask for information, book a hotel or things like this. As intermediate you can talk about all the aspects of the everyday life, or express deeper concepts, and I can help you to choose the right words and the correct sentence structures, that ones that italians use in a normal conversation. If you have particular needs or interest, we can deepen some topic or a specific technical language. I can also teach you the most common idioms in the spoken Italian, and we can even have a look to our body language, that we use very often.

During my stay abroad I have always helped friends who were struggling to learn Italian and now it has become my job. Currently I am giving private lessons of Italian, English and Japanese to students from Elementary school to University and I love it right because every time it is a different challenge.

Questa è la mia prima esperienza come insegnante, ho sempre voluto insegnare e voglio impegnarmi a fondo per aiutare chi vuole apprendere l'italiano. This is my first experience as teacher, I always wanted to teach and I want to work hard to help who wants to learn Italian.
