Mi objetivo como profesor es enseñar de una manera informal y amena el idioma que estéis interesados en aprender con diferentes recursos con lo que podamos ir interactuando. I've been teaching on Italki since 2019 and I had many students from countries around the world. On Italki I teach Catalan and Spanish (A1-C2) (as my native languages) and Latin (A1-C2) which I studied at A-levels and at the university. Also, I've been teaching Catalan and Spanish face to face to foreign students in Catalonia. Faig classe a Italki des del 2019 i he tingut alumnes de països de tot el món. Hi ensenyo el català, el castellà i el llatí (nivells A1-C2). A més a més, també he fet classe cara a cara a alumnes d'intercanvi a Catalunya. Hago clase en Italki des del 2019 y he tenido alumnos de países de todo el mundo. Además he hecho clases a alumnos de intercambio en Catalunya.

I have been travelling and working since 2008 in different countries. I am a passionate sports person and as a Spanish man, I like football very much :) I like to spend time also running or spending time actively outside. I enjoy studying different languages such as English, Latvian and Russian or continuing my education by joining on line courses to improve my teaching skills in Spanish.

What I liked the most was the satisfaction of having encouraged someone to see studying as important and not as a boring mandatory activity. I always loved languages and to help fellow students, so now I´m looking forward to doing that again. I am also a very friendly, sympathetic person that is always there to give a hand and hear what you need.

I consider myself an empathetic and patient person, but above all, eager to teach my two native languages. I have the experience of having taught subjects in which students needed reinforcement, currently but especially in my school days. I have also taught Catalan and Spanish to adults who were introducing themselves to the language and to those who want to improve it. Over time, I have been improving my teaching in classes, being able to adapt to the level and needs of each student.

Throughout my working experience as a language teacher one of the important achievements was the fact that I was the founder of Catalan language course and its promoter in the cultural centre I worked for where my activity was related to the following points: ▪ Introduction to grammar and practical vocabulary necessary for fundamental communication skills ▪ Instill concepts of both Spanish and Catalan languages by introducing interactive activities ▪ Use structural methods and materials appropriate for instruction success ▪ Assess student accomplishments and work with them on weak areas

I am a very passionate teacher because I love learning. I also love seeing the improvement in my students. I have been teaching since I graduated University and it is a job that I truly love. I think being a teacher does not mean having all the answers but being open-minded and accepting of other points of views. I always say learning goes both ways, since you can also learn from your students as a teacher. I have a master’s degree in Spanish Language, a Professional Spanish Teacher certificate by International House and I am a certified examiner for the DELE (all levels).

I am used to giving talks on Natural Therapies, so I am agile giving answers to the attendees. Estic acostumada a fer xerrades sobre Teràpies Naturals amb el que sóc àgil donant respostes als assistents. Tinc sempre una actitud positiva i poso passió en tot el que faig. Anys enrere vaig impartir classes de cultura general a nens, tot i que tinc més experiència en la comunicació amb adults. Estoy acostumbrada a dar charlas sobre Terapias Naturales con lo que soy ágil dando respuestas a los asistentes. Tengo siempre una actitud positiva y pongo pasión en todo lo que hago. Años atrás impartí clases de cultura general a niños, aunque tengo más experiencia en la comunicación con adultos.

I got a certification in Education (C.A.P) specialised in teaching languages, at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2007. I also got a certification in Teaching Spanish as a foreign language at Cálamo & Cran, Barcelona. My experience in teaching in France, Spain and Ireland has allowed me to improve my language skills, as well as to increase my ability to adapt to new cultures and environments. I have been teaching at High Schools in France, as a language instructor for companies in Barcelona and Paris, and in private lessons during my years in these countries. I love helping and motivating students improve their language skills, which makes them return to me for more lessons.

Parlarem, riurem i treballarem varies situacions i expressions quotidianes d'una manera fàcil i còmode. -Si una cosa he aprendido viajando y viviendo en el extranjero y dando clases, es que la VERGUENZA y la TIMIDEZ son los grandes enemigos para aprender un idioma. Conmigo, vas a perder todas estas dificultades, a la vez que hablaremos, reiremos y trabajaremos varias situaciones y expresiones cuotidianas de una forma fácil i cómoda.

Mi objetivo fundamental és que el alumno pueda aprender de una manera fluida, sencilla y amena un nuevo idioma. Aportando vocabulario, expresiones de utilidad práctica y mejorando su pronunciación de manera motivadora y progresiva.

I’m also studying to improve my English, so I know how hard it can be to learn a new language. That’s why I think it’s very important to make learners feel comfortable in class.

Thanks to all the previous experiences in teaching students with different levels from diverse backgrounds, I am well aware of common mistakes by learners from different countries. I like teaching because I like helping others, and it is very satisfying to see a person's improvement when learning a language. It is also a job that allows me to travel and see the linguistic difficulties and concerns that each learner has towards a language. As I said, I spent two awesome years working in China (still thinking of going back some day!) and I am currently teaching Spanish in Poland.
