I’m hoping everyone to have fun and learn through conversational learning. I personally believe that talking to someone is the quickest way to learn the language as I learned English this way. We talked about the difference in body language between the cultures and it became amusing to talk about various things that we have noticed from our experiences. For example, English seems to have a lot less body language built into the language compared to Japanese. I hadn't thought about that very much.
I hope I can learn more details about Japanese cultural behaviors!

Arisa had quizzes prepared for me from some grammar stuff I had sent her that I wanted to get better at, and I thought that was so thoughtful of her!! She is so patient with me even if I mess up conjugating so many times. Love learning with her. I'd totally schedule lessons with her every day if i could!
