<Korean Tutor Fluent in English>
Hello, 안녕하세요!
My name is Jin Sung Kim. I was born and raised in Seoul. Standard Korean is my native language. However, I speak good English since I used to study and work in the US for a while.
I studied international commerce and English when I was in university. I used to work as an underwriter of an insurance firm in NYC, USA for about a year.
I have two strong points to be a good community tutor teaching Korean and English.
First of all, I have experience in teaching languages. I used to do a volunteer job as a teacher helping international students learn Korean.
Second, I speak good English. Therefore, I can help and guide you in English.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
<Covering All Levels>
I used to teach Korean and English to international exchange students when I was in university. I mainly taught them how to write 한글 ( Korean writing) and how to speak properly in various situations through videos, Korean songs, and some text books and study materials provided. Most of them were beginner's level and they could have improved their Korean skill so quickly. However, I also taught advanced level students and a student studying for TOPIK test. Hence, I can basically cover all levels.
In addition, when I was in the US, I used to teach Korean to Korean American kids who were born and raised in the US. บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
<Study Materials>
I am basically open to any methods. I will go with what students prefer. If you have a textbook, or study materials that you are working on, we can go over & study together. If you have no preference, then I will hold classes along with various books and study materials I can provide you with.
<Conversational Classes>
I am open to any topics. I am very knowledgeable (especially when it comes to history, politics and culture, but not only limited to those). I have met a lot of people in my life and underwent many situations. Therefore, I can have discussions and conversations in any topics with anyone both in Korean and in English.สื่อการสอนของฉัน

I've had a number of teachers on here. Gim Jin is the best that I've had. I was asking him very detailed questions and he had the answers right away. he's also patient and kind.
