My name is Karen, I live in South Africa. I love to bake, and every birthday my children and some other family members have, I make them an elaborate cake and cupcakes to celebrate the occasion. Everyone looks forward to this, and ideas and themes are chosen long before the birthdays already. Making people happy, makes me happy! I am an empathetic, passionate person, who loves to share information and knowledge. I can connect with people on their level, and in doing so share memorable information and moments, that will be retained.
