I have worked for Berlitz as a German and English teacher.
I taught groups as well as invdividuals, in classrooms and online.

From the experience I have, these are the most important goals for my classes:
1) Giving the student as much time for speaking as possible
2) Always give direct feedback and try to be as encouraging as possible
3) Keep the conversation flowing
4) Try to make it fun or at least interesting for the student (talk about fun/relevant topics)5.0
