For the last two weeks I've been having near-daily lessons with Josey in preparation for my end-of-year Japanese exams, in particular for my speaking exam. Josey is always able to adjust our sessions for what I need with ease, and I always come away feeling like I'm at least one step closer to my goal. He corrects me in such a way that I always learn from my mistakes and remember them for next time. I was rusty to start with a couple of weeks ago, but I noticed a huge improvement and I felt really confident in myself by the time of the exam! Josey is by far the best thing to have happened to my Japanese. I simply can't praise him highly enough. Thank you for all the fun we've had and see you soon!

今日のレッスンで文法を勉強しながら登校拒否や映画など、いろんなトピックについて話して、とても面白かったと思いました！天気の子は良かったですよね！単語も難しい気がしたけど先生が新しい言葉を教えてくれてありがとうございました。:D また来週。

今日のレッスンで100時間のブラウニーのレシピやタピオカや会話文化など、いろんなトピックについて話しましたね！会話と文法を勉強して、いいレッスンだと思いました。Josey先生もタピオカを作った経験を教えてくれてありがとうございました！美味しそうで、すごいですね！いつも通りに楽しくレッスンができて、嬉しかったです。:D

Josey is a fantastic teacher, and I learn a lot every lesson and can certainly notice my Japanese improving lesson by lesson. He also is great at breaking down otherwise difficult concepts and presenting them in a way that I can understand and start to use. The lessons are always a great time, and I'm always looking forward to the next lesson. If you are looking for an amazing Japanese teacher, look no further!
