Hello! My name is Luke and I was born and currently live in London, UK. Despite this, my family is very multicultural- my roots are Spanish, Irish, English, French, Scottish and Native Canadian! I love learning new things and am always eager to learn about new cultures and customs- I would love to learn more about yours. I also like to paint, play the guitar, cooking and I adore animals. I am studying to be a veterinary surgeon and have past experience working within the legal profession (10 years), so I am sure we will find many things we have in Common! :) *Due to family commitments I cannot provide homework/pre-planned lessons currently, only informal tutoring/conversation practice*

*I provide ADULT ONLY tutoring. Please, NO requests for CHILDREN* I have worked as a teacher in UK schools and have tutored English privately in the past. I studied English at university because I am passionate about my native language and love to share it with others! I majored in English literature, so I can help you to access a rich history of iconic literature; whilst coming from academic and business backgrounds, I can assist you in using professional terminology in your English, as well as key language related to your chosen profession or studies.

I am happy to welcome all adult students, however a level of at least A2 English is ideal. My lessons are tailored to your specific needs and I will always check with you to ensure we focus on exactly what you require. My teaching style is very relaxed- our classes will be a safe space for you to make mistakes and grow in your proficiency. I will speak clearly and teach you at a pace you feel comfortable with. I am a warm, chatty person, so don't worry, I will be there to support you! Most important is that you enjoy your lesson, as that is what will help you improve the quickest and don't forget, I'll be learning from you, too! :)
