I have business experience in the international sales of automotive related industry for 5 years, and other 2 years at the tourism industry as the tour guide. I commanded Japanese as the native speaker as well as a business person with broad experience in Japan. I instruct students on how to construct grammatically correct sentences, proper pronunciation, pitch accent, and also improve student’s vocabulary. I welcome students of all levels. For our lessons, we can use a book called Genki, but if you don’t have one, it’s totally no problem. I like playing guitar, which means we can talk about music as well as many other topics.

小さい頃から自分が理解したことを、人に教え、その人が理解してくれる過程が好きだったので、大学生活中に塾の講師などをやることも考えたのですが、そのようなことを考えているうちにあっという間に時が過ぎてしまい、結局アルバイトで塾講師をやることはありませんでした。その後、紆余曲折を経て、アイルランドにて英語を学んでいる現在に至ります。こちらに来て驚いたことは、日本に興味をもってくれている人が世界中にたくさんいるという事です。多くの人は日本のアニメ、カルチャーに興味があり、その過程で日本にも興味を持った人が多いのですが、コロナが収束したら日本に行くといっている人が大勢います。 また、自分自身新しいことに挑戦したいと考えていた時に、チューターとして日本語を教える職業があると知り、ここなら、自分が今経験している言語学習の苦悩を活かしつつ、少なからず日本に興味がある人の手助けができるのではないかと考えております。また、同時に心の片隅にずっとあった人に物事を教えるという事がかなうという事もあり今回応募させていただきました。インターネットを介し、画面越しの授業となるので、言いたいことが上手く伝わらない、雰囲気が伝わらないといったインターネットならではの問題点があると思いますが、良い方向に捉えると、比較的リラックスして生徒、チューターお互いがコミュニケーションをとれる場でもあるので、上手くこの環境を活かしていこうと思います。
