International and Educational Outreach Initiative - International nonprofit - 2020I went on 5-week trip to the country of Haiti. I worked very hard teaching and conducting lessons with locals of various ages and backgrounds. I helped my students with literacy, comprehensive reading, historical accuracy, conceptual thinking, analytical reasoning, and research skills. The work required personalizing lessons, mentoring, life coaching, and scheduling meetings. I also was trained and educated by a local missionary couple from Canada. I will be returning there to do further work.

International Outreach InitiativeChose to embark on a milestone 5-week trip to the country of Haiti. Organization encourages some volunteers in certain countries to travel to other countries that have a greater need for volunteers. Some countries have a greater need for volunteers because the people there are more interested in our message and material. After months of planning, saving money, and coordinating, I went to a small town Haiti to perform the same volunteer work that I do in the US.

Travel Coordinator and Social Outreach AmbassadorOrganized a group of 20 people twice for week-and-a-half long trips. Requires recruiting, giving motivational speeches, handling funds, booking and negotiating hotel rooms, using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word), renting vehicles, navigation, and developing itineraries.

I was looking for a professor who taught me how to improove my skils specificly about the speaking section of the TOEFL exame. I told this to him at the day before we start, but today I just waste my time (and money) with this class. Unfortunate situation.

i really enjoyed the class..i also like that he is american and learned creole so i was really motivated to learn his tricks of how he learned to speak Creole ..( thats something you will not get with a native speaker since they were born speaking Creole) Thanks Chris!!!
