You're reading the reviews because you want to understand if Ignacio is a good teacher, right? This was my 40th lesson (all with 5* reviews). Since beginning I have passed B1 and B2 tests and my conversational confidence has improved more than I could have expected. Conversation practise is of fundamental importance to learning any language and to have a good conversation and also to learn from your mistakes, you need a teacher that is attentive, patient and also someone who is naturally conversational, motivating and has the ability to help you reflect on your progress. The lessons also provide motivation to study during the time between lessons and to prepare for exploring new subjects, items of grammar, pronunciation. Most of all, lessons should be fun and enjoyable so that you learn and stay positive. So, does Ignacio tick all these boxes? Well, after 40 lessons I've got more booked in so I'll let you work out the answer... Che, Ignacio. Sos un capo, troesma.

I've had two classes with Ignacio as of writing this review. After our first class, I already knew I had made the right decision to choose him as one of my Spanish teachers. He was punctual, well-prepared, and enthusiastic. He loves what he does. It's not often that you get out of a class, feeling an overwhelming mix of satisfaction, pride, wonder, curiosity, and inspiration. I've found a teacher who has already given me so much feedback and positive reinforcement that I can pat myself on the back and rest well, knowing that I'm at least a step closer to my goals. I left both classes feeling like one hour is not enough. Each time, I felt like I had more questions than answers. I had hoped for someone with whom I could exchange cultures and talk about anything, and I found that in my new teacher.

Ignacio is an excellent teacher and a very interesting person. Incredibly concentrated, helpful and nice :) Always has some questions and little stories ready. The way he does the class makes me feel like I understand Spanish much better than I actually do (using right level of vocabulary, making it challenging but not too difficult and knowing when it's important to translate something to English). I always end up feeling motivated to learn Spanish and excited for the nest class!
