Moises is an excellent teacher. A real hidden gem on Italki. I have had lessons with at least 10 teachers on Italki and he is one of the best!

The lesson was excellent. Moises is very knowledgeable in Spanish and his accent is really clear. I requested to read an article about DACA and immigration in United States, and as we read through it together we deconstructed it little by little. We shared a google doc, where I pasted all the words and phrases I didn't understand and he explained everything patiently. He gave example sentences for new and unfamiliar words so that I could see what other contexts to use them in. I was really impressed by his ability to explain something many different ways if I didn't understand it at first. A few times, we came across grammar points in the article and he would take the time to expand upon them. E.g. He explained the difference between "Qué pasará" y "Que pasara". Apart from reading the article, I also got good speaking practice with him. I found the corrections he typed up for me when I made errors to be useful. Definitely recommend him :)

My only problem is that I can't give 6 stars. The lesson was no less than brilliant! Moises is patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. We spoke about each others lives and when I made a mistake he corrected me first in the chat box, then verbally after I had finished the sentence. This is absolutely the best method! Nobody wants to say 2 words and be interrupted with a correction, say another 2 words and be interrupted again. I can't recommend him enough and would recommend him to all who want to learn Spanish.

Moises is very astute and attentive with a sweet ability to understand my current level and build on that with subtle well-considered teaching interventions. Really enjoy the lessons thanks!
