The vast majority of my students are also expats living mainly in French speaking countries and this is something I consider to be my greatest asset - having lived in France as an expat gave me the opportunity to be able to empathize with a student and understand what are his or her needs in terms of learning a language. I have a Master degree in french as a foreign language, and three years experience. I have taught two years in a chinese university, and one year in Taipei’s high schools. During those years, I’ve taught different courses such as phonetic and prononciation, writing, oral expression, tourism, French cinema… I also helped my students to prepare for test examination (DELF; TCF). Finally we’ve created with my students, a radio show. What I love about this profession is the mutual exchange we have with students, I share my knowledge and culture, but I also learn a lot from them too!
