I am pretty quirky, and find it really easy to connect with students. The skills I learnt on my TESOL course have equipped me well to deal with difficulties in the classroom such as misunderstanding, mispronunciation, eliciting language and time management. I am adaptable, and can often find new ways of explaining tasks or language rules if they are not understood first time round.
