Teaching is truly one of my biggest passions in life. I really enjoy helping my students meet their learning goals and seeing them succeed. I am experienced in teaching beginners, intermediate, and also advanced students from ages 5-76. Over the last 9 years, I've taught at elementary and junior high schools, private language schools, and universities. My experience includes but is not limited to the Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages (Kanda Gaigo Gakuin) and NYU's Tokyo campus. About 7 years ago I became an English teacher, which gave me skills to teach Croatian language as well. I have become very proficient in teaching through Skype, which is my favorite way to teach. I think my best quality as a teacher is empathy, as I understand the student's point of view very well and it is easy for me to put myself in their shoes.
