Hello! My name is Burak. I am a native Turkish and near-native English speaker from Istanbul. I am a TEFL certified English teacher and I got qualified to teach in 2018. Since then I have worked one-on-one with adults also taught online in different platforms. My hobbies are listening and collecting music, travelling, world issues and history, but most importantly I strive to be a lifelong learner and teacher. It was a great first lesson with Burak! I was a bit nervous because I only know a handful of basic expressions in Turkish but Burak was very patient and explained everything in a clear and concise way. Time just flew by and I'm now even more motivated to study Turkish. I'm looking forward to my next class with Burak. Tesekkür ederim, Burak!
