Hello everybody! My name is Josué and I am Nicaraguan. I am 20 years old and I currently live in San José, Costa Rica. I recently completed a year of studying English, more specifically since the lockdown started, which is why I would love to share all the knowledge that I acquired by learning a new language from scratch. I am a lover of languages, for all that they can offer me and for the experiences that I acquired during my learning process, in which I was able to share cultural data with different people around the world, something that has helped me improve and create a more inclusive and wise worldview I believe that learning a new language is something that we can all do!

Minha atuação como professor

I consider myself a patient and funny tutor when it comes to language learning because I know how it feels to study a new language. In fact, 11 months ago I wasn't able to even hold a conversation about the family in English, and I remember that I used to think that if you want to learn a language you need to travel to a country where they speak your target language, because that was the thing I have always been told, and I used to believe that until a few months ago when I could realize that if you want to learn a new language, you don't need any special skill or travel to another country, the only thing you need is to be committed with the language, and also be in touch with the language.

Minhas aulas e estilo de ensino

My main method is about mimicking, mimicking the way people interact with each other, and also the way we sound in Spanish, and I found this method on my own through my English learning journey, and I can ensure that imitating the way people speak will help you to come off sounding like a native, and also you're going to acquire the language without noticing you, and somehow you will be comfortable with the language, and this is the best way to learn about the culture of your target language, but not mentioned that you'll be able to understand native speakers without too much effort. And trust me we're gonna have a ton of fun and also we're gonna learn a lot.
