I've been an ESL teacher since 2010. I possess a TEFL certification as well as a BA in Italian language, literature, and culture. I've also worked for three Italian schools, being in charge of organizing and preparing lesson plans for groups and individual students in both private and company settings. I have experience with book-based lessons, personalized courses, business-centered learning, online teaching, telephonic and e-mail lessons. In addition, working with beginners to advanced students (A1 - C2, as guidelined by CEFR).

Lessons are personalized to the student. When booking for the first time, I will ask you in a message to include as much information as possible to tailor classes to your specific goals. The teaching methodology I use is student-centered teaching, so as to allow you to use the language, giving you the opportunity to put your knowledge to the test. Depending on your needs and/or specific request, we will exercise speaking, reading, listening, and writing during the lesson with articles, vocabulary lists, videos, topics of conversation, homework, etc. (this will vary from student to student as we mold the lessons together to better suit your learning).Meu material de ensino

EXCELLENT...As an educator I truly understand the attributes that separate great teachers from average ones. Emoni was patient, attentive, took the time to learn about her student and their goals. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn Spanish.

Another excellent lesson with Emoni. As she lives in Italy it was also helpful to get her insight on Italian culture. We covered a huge amount in just two lessons of 30 minutes each. Highly recommended!

Muy divertido! Y la información que cubrimos fue útil e interesante. Emoni tiene mucha experiencia académica con los estudios lingüísticos y es evidente por la manera de esneñar. Además, ella me dio recursos que puedo revisar durante los días entre las lecciones para mantenerme el vocabulario y gramática. Después de cada lección, ella me da notas bien escritas que incluyen todos los detalles de discutimos. Y yo las descargo a mi computadora para revisar también :) He hecho más reservaciones con ella para que tengo lecciones regulares durante las próximas semanas.
