Minha atuação como professor
After I finished highschool, I joined college to study English and Spanish. I studied a wide variety of subjects, such as Literature, Grammar, Linguistics, Phonology, and Discourse Analyses, among others. I have spent the last seven years learning this amazing phenomenon called language. Nowadays, I have an associate degree in Translation, a certification as a Spanish teacher and I am finishing a Bachelor's Degree in Translation and Linguistics.
Apart from studying, I have worked as a teacher. I have experience in teaching both languages to teenagers and adults, from beginner to advanced levels. I have resources to teach grammar, written expression, vocabulary, reading and conversation. Minhas aulas e estilo de ensino
My classes are addapted to the student's needs. I believe that each class has to find a balance between theory and practice, grammar and conversation. Conversation is one of the greatest aims in learning a language, but an efficient conversation needs a strong theoretic background. Excellent. I’m spoiled. I don’t think I could find another teacher that could come close to being as fantastic as Manuel. I look forward to every lesson with him. He makes learning fun and interesting. And he corrects my pronunciation gently and tactfully.
