In my opinion, one advantage is that family members get really close to each other and I don't believe that they could even think about doing something wrong, like dirty business or stealing money. I truly believe that working with family is priceless. Despite the fact that one might nearly always work more than if they were employed, I don't see any other disadvantages -- perhaps a bit of envy if someone knows how to invest his/her earnings. (also correct: "how to invest what he/she earns") I had a small business, but it was mine. (or "I had a business -- it was small, but it was mine.") My family always was there when I needed them the most and they didn't even care if they had to wake up early the next day. Allow me to give you a piece of my mind... Be thankful if someone is helping you out to get ahead with your projects. Cheers!
