I am a patient and understanding teacher. I know it is hard to learn a second language as I also put my effort into learning English. As a teacher, I make sure to listen to my students. I will be flexible but I will also make sure you improve your Korean skills with each lesson. I will make sure we have a fun vibe in the class, too!

안녕하세요? 저는 대학과 대학원에서 영어를 전공했어요. 지금은 초등학교에서 아이들에게 영어를 가르치고 있어요. 저는 또한 외국인에게 영어와 한국어를 가르치는 걸 좋하하고 2년 정도 영어 원어민 선생님에게 한국어를 가르친 경험이 있습니다. 또한 저는 외국어로써 한국어 교원 자격증을 가지고 있어 정확하게 한국어를 외국인에게 가르칠 수 있습니다. 저는 한국 문화, 드라마, 음식, 유명한 장소등 다양한 한국에 관한 주제를 다루고 한국의 문화를 공유하고 싶습니다. 저는 한국어를 아주 유창하게 말 할 수 있고 성격도 아주 차분하고 친절하고 사교적이며, 발음도 아주 정확합니다. 감사합니다.

I'm a language learner first and a teacher second. Having this background helps me have a heightened level of patience and understanding when I work with my students. You can take all the time you need in the world to say whatever you want to say. I can step in when you need me. Think of me as training wheels on a bike! I also encourage you to get used to making mistakes. No one succeeds without making mistakes. I love teaching the Korean language and having interesting, cultural conversations. As far as corrections go, they are given in real-time, and students are encouraged to make their own notes. I'll try my best to make the corrections as easy as possible to review on your own.

영미권, 중국어권 그리고 일본 학생들을 주로 가르치고 있습니다. 틀린 문법이나 발음을 놓치지 않고 고쳐드립니다. 낮에는 주로 어린학생들을 대해서 인내심이 강한 편입니다. 학생들이 매 수업시간에 하나라도 더 배우고 갈 수 있도록 수업 전에 준비를 꼭 합니다. 또한 학생의 개개인에 맞춘 강의를 제공합니다. I have taught students from all over the world with different backgrounds. Working as a part-time tutor/teacher, I have become a patient person. I think my strong patient nature has enabled me to become a better teacher. If you are a serious student, I expect you to do some work outside of the lessons. This also means that I will challenge you in lessons and point out mistakes (pronunciation and grammar)

Who do i want to teach? - To the ones who want to learn from Basic Korean to Advanced Korean. - To the ones who want to speak and use the language fluently. - To the ones who want to learn or improve their grammar and vocabulary. - I will make the students to speak a lot so they can practice the pronunciation. . - I will teach the language step by step, not being in a hurry, according to the student's level. - My lessons will be personalized according to what the students need to learn or improve. - You will learn a lot with K-dramas and Kpop. - We will review briefly the previous lesson everytime we start a new lesson.
