I hold a B.Ed in Education and an M.A in industrial relations, and I am currently running a comparative study on working conditions in the global ICT industry. I taught Hebrew and the Bible (Old Testament) as an assistant teacher in high school for students with learning disabilities in Israel. I was preparing them for the national matriculation exams. I'm a great advocate of positive reinforcement, meaning- going with the flow of the student. Looking personally for whatever is interesting to you and not going through a boring, repetitive routine.
