Coincidentally, after obtaining my MBA from University of Ballarat, Australia, I have been lecturing at local universities and colleges focusing in business on a part-time basis. My students had become my friends as I encourage speaking out, which is a rare thing in the Asian setting. I motivate them to learn as much as possible in and out of classroom lessons. I can achieve this is because I regularly update myself with the news from all over the world especially we have the Internet that facilitates easy learning.
