I have had experiences with friends from other countries and nationalities, helping with exams, tests and doubts. They were interested about learning Spanish language as a second tongue. We prepared and studied the exams to be sure what it asked to solve.
I propose to develop activities and tasks to comprehend what is your level of Spanish. However, these activities could be suitable to you. Therefore, the student will feel more comfortable with the lessons. Moje lekcje & Styl nauczania
As a propose and methodology of learning process, at the beginning I would like to approach in a familiar context with the learner, where she/he links activities of her/his common and daily life and express them using Spanish sentences, I will do emphasise on your level. The activities will be conversations that will be longer time-to-time.
