I love Kyoto, i became interested in the tea room, and i started to become a chef who made kaiseki dishes. Japanese cuisine is an embodiment of Japanese art culture. I think japanese cuisine is a quaint space, the four seasons of Japan expressed in a beautiful vessel, the heart to entertain customers, and everything that customers can experience in the place. I want to convey the wonders of Japanese art and culture. I like old art such as tea room, several-ya building, vessels, Japanese cuisine, various crafts and folk art. I had a great time cooking and chatting with Kana. We cooked yakisoba and, even though I didn't have exactly the same ingredients, it still turned out really delicious! She was patient and kind. I would mostly recommend her lessons to students who already have quite an advanced level in Japanese and want to explore Japanese culture in a fun way.
