Hello! I am from Winnipeg, Canada, and some things that I love include learning about other languages and cultures + meeting new people to hear their stories. I've traveled to many countries in Europe, as well as South and North America, and even lived for a few months in the French Canadian province of Quebec and the country of Costa Rica. Otherwise, some things that I enjoy are baking, reading, and doing outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, or skiing!

As you can see in my video, I'm always smiling! My goal as a tutor is to help you become more confident and comfortable while speaking English, which means that I will always be very encouraging. Even if you make mistakes when speaking, that's okay! Nobody should be scared of saying the wrong thing, so I will give you many opportunities to speak in each lesson to let you practice as much as possible.

*Lesson policies* I will wait 15 minutes for you at the beginning of a lesson but after that will assume you are not coming and will ask you to mark the lesson as complete. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do this 24 hours before the lesson! I'm very flexible in my teaching style and can plan for whatever works best for you. My most popular lesson style is to have conversation classes based on different topics. We can focus on pronunciation, vocabulary, and becoming more fluent in general. Everyone learns differently and I hope to be able to meet you wherever you are!
