Hi there! I'm Wind, currently living in Belgrade, Serbia! I'm a filmmaker, culture researcher and an English teacher! Teaching is more of a passion than a job to me, so don't expect a classic "I teach- you learn" kind of class with me! I grew up observing the bad sides of the education system which prevents students from having critical thinking and opinion development so I decided to take matters into my own hands! I speak very limited German and Japanese, but I might be able to help you through those languages as well! I'm fluent in Serbian but I'm not certified to teach it. However, if interested, we can possibly arrange it.

With over 10 years of experience in English work environments, and 3 years of experience working as a business language coach, I consider myself qualified to instruct anyone who needs specific business English for any situation. As a part time researcher (mostly art theory) in preparation for my phD, I'm very familiar with all the nuances of academic English and its use, and if you're struggling with that academic writing or reading part of your exam or just wish to improve your own papers, no worries, we'll make it great! I'm very curious, so any field of research you do will be interesting to me! Majority of my students need test preparation for international exams, so we can do that too!

I'm mainly a teacher of English for specific purposes (ESP), which include Business, Academic, Technical or exam preparation. As such I don't consider myself a classic 'conversation' teacher, and while we can arrange a purely conversational lesson, it's not what I commonly do. My style is very student oriented - you will talk... A LOT! But don't worry, and don't be shy, I'm very flexible and will adapt to what you need! All of my lessons are prepared in advance based on your personal needs! That said, before we even get to the lesson, we'll discuss your goals beforehand so I can prepare proper materials for you and your level. Make sure you message me with as many details as possible!
