Another great lesson with Kurnia. Today we talked about wishes and congratulations. I learned a lot of new expressions and how to use them. What is great during our lessons is that Kurnia gives me as homework all the exercises which I am able to deal with on my own and we spend our lesson time doing something which is new or difficult for me. Kurnia also checks my understanding of new words and I can ask about anything which I am not sure about or which I want to learn more about. I really enjoy our lessons.

Had a nice first lesson with guru Kurnia. She is very friendly. Her English is good to explain things that I don't understand. She shared a good lesson with me in Google docs so we could both type in the document at the same time during our conversation. She is good to practice speaking with. She asked me questions that challenged me to answer, but was good at explaining words that I didn't know. Terima kasih. I will take more lessons from her.

Kurnia is very friendly and clear with her bahasa Indonesia. Since she has experience of learning other languages she is very good at understanding the challenges of the learner. She is highly educated in other fields and well-travelled which gives her the ability to speak about many topics in depth. I highly recommend her.
