Another great lesson with Sraboni! We worked through a reading on Krishna that she had prepared for my level so that I could practice reading and vocab while learning about Indian culture.

Making lots of Hindi progress in reading, writing, understanding and speaking! Sraboni always explains it really well.

I had so much fun in today's lesson! We did a lot of conversation practise, something I'm working hard on right now, and Sraboni was patient and encouraging as always. We went over the sentences I wrote for homework, and practised talking more about the weather - which I'm doing a lot of in English at the moment as its finally getting warmer here in the UK, so perfect timing! I watched a Bollywood film this week, so Sraboni asked me a bit about it and taught me a bit of the cultural context around it as well as some relevant vocabulary. She also told me about another film she recommended I see to hear examples of more traditional/pure Hindi. I'm looking forward to watching that before next week's lesson! Even after learning from Sraboni for so long, I'm still having so much fun both in classes and in the activities I do to prepare for them.

Today Sraboni and I talked about the weather and I learned some very useful expressions. Then we continued our weekly reading and went over some new grammar. I really like how versatile Sraboni's classes are! :-)

Today Sraboni gave me a couple of English sentences and I translated them into Hindi using the new expressions I learned. This really helps my spoken Hindi get better and better :)
