Ramón is a really inspiring and motivating tutor who is always gentle in his feedback so that you never feel overwhelmed or discouraged. Conversations with him flow effortlessly, and you'll learn new vocabulary without memorization simply through interesting and fun contexts. I really appreciate how engaging Ramón is. He's very thoughtful and open-minded, and therefore can discuss anything, and do so in Spanish. In addition, he speaks multiple languages, which is a plus for me because he is able to speak French to my wife when she happens to be in the room during our lessons. Ramón is a multi-talented person and teacher, and his other talents ensure that you'll never run out of things to talk about. In addition, as a person, Ramón will inspire you to pursue your dreams too, inside and outside of the Spanish classroom. He is a great friend and a fantastic teacher. I'm so happy I've found him. He's also great at explaining new concepts when the need for new grammar arises. Very wise.

Fantastic lesson. We covered a nice range of topics: Latin American culture; philosophy; personal aspirations; and, more. Ramón is immensely easygoing and gentle in his approach to teaching. This combined with a genuine interest in people and their stories creates an experience in which embarrassment, fear of making mistakes, and/or nervousness are simply stripped away naturally and spontaneously. I highly recommend him!

great teacher

Ramón is a great teacher and I felt that even in one lesson I learnt so much! He is extremely patient and encouraging, and made me feel comfortable speaking Spanish even though I only have a very basic level. His style of teaching is also very interactive which makes learning a new language fun and helps you to learn new words quickly. He also provided me with resources so that I can practise in my free time, which was very helpful. Overall a great lesson and would definitely recommend Ramón! Gracias!:)

Ramon is fantastic. He did a wonderful job of keeping our conversation engaging by asking questions and using visual props. I really appreciated this as a shy person -- I was able to focus on producing and understanding Spanish instead of worrying about what to talk about. I highly recommend Ramon!
