Felipe is one of the best teachers on italki! He has a deep and thorough knowledge of the Spanish language and he is a naturally gifted teacher.

As a teacher, Felipe is such a great fit for my level. Whether my language issues are related to speaking, writing, or in some cases grammar, Felipe always pushes me in the direction I need to be heading toward. Like an excellent trainer, he is extremely well prepared and eager to bring out my best performance. There is never a dull moment with him. I've never heard anyone (from a native speaker's point of view) give such easy-to-understand explanations of the subjunctive. Felipe is really helping me break out of my intermediate level of Spanish. After our lessons, I always walk away refreshed and energetic.

I love Felipe! He's such a great teacher - for all levels of Spanish. He challenges, encourages and corrects you in each lesson. He's a grammar wizard and most importantly, he's great to talk to so it doesn't feel like a class or lecture. An hour always seems to fly by! I'm on my fourth lesson with him and can't wait to book more. Highly recommend!
