Teacher speaks 4 languages: English, Spanish, Chinese and Vietnamese! Legal advisor for foreigners to Vietnam! Hi everybody, I am a Vietnamese girl based in Barcelona. I have never thought that one day I will speak 3 or 4 languages at the same time in a foreign country like Spain. Nowadays, I use Spanish/Vietnamese as a tour guide, an interpreter and travel consultant, English as a translator and a business advisor, Vietnamese as a teacher for foreigners and Vietnamese children living abroad. I also speak Chinese and a little Catalan. Languages are not only my tools to earn for living, but also play important parts of my life.

Being a Vietnamese teacher, I teach you the beauty of my language and culture. In many cases, I also become an advisor for my students on how to treat his Vietnamese girlfriend, or how to negotiate with his company. It is unavoidable that you need to deeply understand our traditions, cultures, business gestures, and daily habits of Vietnamese people in order to speak like a native person. Together with my students, I create different teaching methods based on their demands and skills. We spend time reviewing what we have learned before moving to the new lessons. I would like to make sure that my students can be confident in communicating with Vietnamese people.

I totally understand the difficulties of learning languages, especially for adults as you don't have enough time and capacity to memorize all the vocabulary and grammars. Therefore, I customize my classes and materials to adapt to what you really need and focus on. For example, if you go to travel to Vietnam, you can just say "Xin chào" which means Hello; however, if you prefer living in Vietnam for a long time, you should learn how to address different people based on their ages, for example: "Chào ông, chào bà" for old people, "Chào em" for young people...It also depends on how much time you can dedicate to learning Vietnamese, the more practice you do, the better you are.
