I started teaching Arabic for non-native speakers when I left my home country to Turkey. I created my italki account in 2017 and started having my students from USA and EU and other countries. My students varied from fluent speakers to beginners. They were students and professionals. Moje lekcje & Styl nauczania
I define myself as a language partner, rather than a teacher. My sessions are basically conversation practice based. I focus on pronunciations and acquiring new vocabularies. I usually connect the word with its origin and linguistic background, and I introduce its synonyms and its usages and contexts, so it is easier to stuck in mind and remember. The student can get the best out of my sessions by being curious and asking too many questions. I love to be asked questions as much as the student asks.
I usually provide listening materials and videos (TV shows and Social Media channels) for both MSA Standard Arabic and Levantine Dialect upon student's needs or goals.Moje materiały dydaktyczne

Sobhi is a great teacher! It's the first time for me with iTalki and I'm absolutely satisfied with my first experience: Sobhi is supportive, competent, patient and empathic. We talk and talk and I can't see the time pass. I suggest him for everyone who would like to improve his conversational arabic skills. With him I learn new expressions everytime

Sobhi is very likable and eager to help. He is not afraid to give corrections while simultaneously being very kind. This lesson was helpful as Sobhi made sure that I understood all of the sentences in a portion of the TV show.
