Sanjay's method of teaching is super structured and organized! He has many resources that give you good insight on Tamil (especially for a beginner) and they truly set you up for success in understanding the language thoroughly. He wants you to build a strong foundation and to work up from there!

Sanjay is a fantastic teacher. He offers excellent advice and listens to any requests. He has some good resources and like any good teacher he is always looking to improve upon his method of working. He is patient and offers encouraging words throughout the sessions.

I had a solid first lesson with Sanjay. He is very patient and understands the difficulties in learning other languages. He is an experienced language teacher and can anticipate specific errors and remedy them immediately. As a matter of fact, he has written his own textbook for Tamil learners and offers numerous resources to complement the book like audio files and Memrise materials. He's also quite personable and friendly. Our future lessons will certainly speed me toward reading, writing, speaking, and understanding Tamil.
