Hi All, Last week I prepared Peruvian ceviche. It was the first time I cooked something (similar alone--hard to tell what you mean here. Similar to what? How was it alone?). The result was really good because the flavor was similar to (insert a descriptor here--it cannot taste like the country) Perú . I’m living in another country for 4 years.

Not bad! You needed to break up into sentences with periods and capital letters. What was the ceviche similar TO? How was it alone? Or were YOU alone when you tried to make this dish?Explain what the flavor was similar to. You say it is similar to Peru, but perhaps you mean similar to the ceviche you ate in Peru? Also, the final sentence does not connect well to the paragraph. It is unclear where you lived before now, and therefore where you live now. Did you live in Peru before? Are you from Peru?
