Day 147/365 Hi guys! The weather is very hot today. It's absolutely opposite from yesterday, when it was raining all day long. So, we decided to make some sweet dessert today. It is (a) halva. There are sweet food in the form of a hard mass of crushed nuts or seeds. My husband and I Love sunflower seeds, so he takes these seeds for making this recipe. Ingredients: 400g seeds 200 g sugar 1 cold protein(white of egg) 55ml water * Seeds need to dried and fried *fried seeds blend until they look like paste. * beat up white of egg with a pinch of powdered sugar and salt * Sugar and water mix together and boil syrup until thickened. * Boiled syrup add into a beated protein beat it together. * After the caramel got cold, add paste of seeds and mix it carefully. When a white color begin disappear it means that's enough. *put all of these in a dish ( we use silicone dish/form) *Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. The taste and smell of this halva is fantastic! Try to do it, it's really not difficult , but (it's )very delicious!

Day 145/365 Hi guys! Today was a wonderful day. I haven't had something like this long time ago... I was so calm today. In the morning, I cooked a sweet dessert. It was so tasty😋 After breakfast, my husband and watched a movie. It was very crazy movie, I'm not sure that all people can say that it's a good movie, however we had a smile and (a)laugh sometimes. Next we drove in our motorcycle 🛵 around our city. I love it so much. There's a lot of reconstructing , because the president of China is going to visit this city in this summer. We walked in the new walking area, then in " The Old city". There was ( I mean in the old city) a markt with different pats. I'm crazy about of dogs. There were so many cute dogs.... I'm dream about it.... We ate humburgers in McDonald's and then I went to my private class. Now I'm waiting my husband, he's preparing piano sheets for the future concert. We're going to walk a little bit in our park because the weather is really perfect today.
