I am a very committed and serious person. AND while being committed to me it is essential to have FUN! :-) Because when I enjoy what I do I can spend even more energy on it and keep my levels high. As a teacher I would love to help you improve in your conversational skills and as I am fairly young I am also very familiar with slang and youth culture, in case you wish to learn natural German. I am really looking forward to teach and to interact with students and I hope to see your abilities grow.

My experience as a language teacher started in 2020 on italki. I have fun explaining the German language to others and I am really patient with students takeing their time to learn. I just started learning Indonesian so I experience for myself again how difficult it can be and that being harsh on a student is the least effective way to learn easy and fast.

I've been tutoring for over 7 years now ever since I was a high school student myself. First, I was doing private tutoring in English, German, French, Maths and Sciences. Then, after finishing my BA in English and American Studies and Business Studies in 2017 and completing my CELTA, I moved to Brighton (England) for one year to work as an English teacher at a language school. Now I'm back in Germany to finish my Masters in Linguistics and learn as much as I can about languages and culture.

I was teaching imaginary students when I was about 5 years old - tea parties were not really my thing ;) Now, it's been more than 10 years of teaching experience with real students in Germany, Spain and France, kids, teenagers and adults, online and offline. When I teach, the main goal is to make the student speak, but we also practise listening and reading comprehension as well as writing. The tools we use in online lessons are engaging photos, videos, cartoons, audio files, titles, texts... I can claim to be a creative teacher :)

I intend to keep my classes entertaining and practical since this is the way to learn the most as I’ve experienced myself. We'll work with interesting texts about a lot of topics and also practice through common conversations. Just studying grammar and doing text book exercises is not the focus of my classes. Minhas aulas são práticas e divertidas. Estou falando com meus alunos em alemão, inglês e português o máximo possível. Nos vamos usar textos e assuntos interessantes e também praticar a sua fala e melhorar a sua pronúncia na conversação. Estudar apenas gramática e trabalhar com livros de textos não é o foco das minhas aulas.

Level B1 and up only, please! I love teaching, because I get to share my culture and help others improve their German language skills. Also I love traveling and connecting with so many beautiful people from different cultures and from all over the world. As a teacher I'm very energetic, motivating and am also giving a lot of extra tips on how to improve with little daily habits when you are on your own. Consistency is key when learning a language! I give you the little extra boost of confidence that you sometimes need when learning a language.

I myself have learned many foreign languages. I can relate to a situation when you start learning, it all goes well for a while and then it all just stops and no matter what you do, you cannot move on and improve your language level. I've developed different strategies that worked for myself and for my students and I will be happy to share them with you.

(EN) I've been teaching German in one-on-one lessons for over two years now. Most of my students have been from Spanish-speaking countries. Besides English and German I also speak Catalan and some Esperanto.

Learning languages should be fun and for me the best way to improve is to have a real life conversation about topics you like. I believe in positive encouragement rather than strict learning methods! If you enjoy doing something, the result will be good. As a teacher, I take the time to listen to you and to help you with new words. I am calm, patient and very friendly. I try to make the talking as real and relevant as possible.

I'm not a big proponent of old-school style language teaching but rather like to introduce my students to new, innovative methods and figure out the one that works best for them.

I have been teaching German since 2014. I will design the lessons according to your needs. If you would like to improve speaking, we can do conversation classes on topics such as travel, culture, music, art, sports, your job and much more. If you would like to improve your pronunciation and vocabulary, we can read short texts together and discuss them. Maybe you intend to work or study in Germany in the near future, then I can prepare you for your new job or university.

I will do my best to help you to improve your german, I am a native speaker so i can provide you with the common words and sayings you really going to use. I would consider myself a patient teacher and will try to make u as comfortable as possible to speak more german :)

As I am from northern Germany, I have a big advantage over other German teachers. I speak "Hochdeutsch", which is a dialect and accent free version of German. Everybody will be able to understand you and you will be capable of understanding everyone, when you learn with me. Especially in the south and east people have strong dialects, which are not very easy to understand, even for natives. As I am becoming a teacher myself and am studying this subject at the university, I know what is important and what is not, in order to learn German fluently.

My classes are quite informal and relaxed. So don't worry about making mistakes, that is absolutely normal and part of the journey to learn a new language. I will do my best to make you feel comfortable with speaking German, since trying to speak early on is a great way to improve your German fast.

Me gusta enterarme de los gustos y las metas. Así se puede elaborar un plan de aprendizaje. Creo que la constancia es un punto muy importante cuando se trata de aprender un nuevo idioma. Me considero relajado y paciente.

Since I know learning languages can be hard sometimes I would be pleased to help you with your Germn. I have only little experience in teaching but I can offer converstional training and helping to improve your pronuncation. We can talk about any topic you like. Ich passe mich deinem Niveau an und spreche langsam, wenn du Anfängerin oder Anfänger bist. Und wenn du schon mehr Übung hast, können wir schneller und über komplexere Themen sprechen. Of course we can switch to English for explanations. Por supuesto te puedo dar explicaciónes en espagñol quando quieras. Bitte buche nicht sofort ein Stundenpacket, sondern erst eine Probe- oder Einzelstunde, damit wir schauen können, ob es für uns beide passt ;-)
