I know English can be very difficult. From the spelling and pronunciation, to holding a conversation. I also know how it feels to make mistakes and get embarrassed when you make a mistake. I think that providing patience, kindness, and an environment to safely make errors and learn from them is the best way to improve. During my first three years in China I taught at an International school in the south of China, and then at a training school, High school and IELTS training center in the north of China. I am really familiar with IELTS, FCE, CAE, and CPE, for example, so we will start with a mock test, so I can find out your strengths and weaknesses, then work hard to build on your strengths and improve your weaknesses. This usually works very well with some successful strategies I have. For conversation or business lessons, we choose topics that are relevant to you, whether it is about problems you have speaking in meetings, or just talking fluently with good pronunciation.
