My name is Leila, I am from Iran and I live in Germany. My Ph. D. is in Linguistics and I am member of Max Planck Institute. I was Assistant Professor for more than ten years, teaching language courses. I have received vertificate for teaching Persian Language to non-Persian speakers, TESOL certificate from Arizona State University and Virtual Teacher certificate from California University. I got an award for excellence in teaching from Scientific and Applied University.

지도 경험

Teaching language is my love and my students are my best friends. I love my job as a teacher because I have experienced sweat moments in this job. The impact a teacher has on the students’ life is not new to me.I feel completely satisfied when I see I was the origin of a positive change in a person’s life. To me, teaching is not limited to teach a lesson, but it means more, it means changing a life, making world a better place to live and bringing smile to one’s lips. My short-term purpose as a teacher is to teach a new language to other people. Teaching a new language guides me toward my long-term purpose, that is changing a life. This means more success in another person’s life and happier

내 강의 및 지도 스타일

My teaching is based on up to date techniques that are used to engage language learners in class activities and to motivate them for language learning. I will start my classes with warm language and teacher talk as a vital element for connecting language learners to the course and to the teacher. There is an important rule in my teaching method and it is called: “Always Smile”. I believe that lowering affective filter is very important and all my effort will be focused on it. Also I follow the 80/20 so that I spend most of the class time to language learners’ activity, These activities will be happy, funny and entertaining, such as games, singing and role plays.
