Teaching has always been my passion. I never choose the kind of learner to teach. I believe that learning is full of diversity. My profession is limitless. I myself can learn while I teach. I feel great joy as I witness my students grow and develop their skills. Teaching is a never ending study or learning on the teachers part. My lessons and teaching styles varies from student to student because every student is unique.
One strategy might work with a beginner but it might not be applicable to my next student who happens to be a beginner as well. So, I usually do a quick assessment for the first 30 seconds of interaction with my student. After doing the assessment I then move forward with methodologies I have adopted through my teaching experience both as a classroom teacher and ESL tutor. Teaching style is like a concoction of recipes that you could adjust based on what every learner needs.내 수업 자료
